- Managing digital court records and electronic filing systems
- Maintaining accuracy in case management databases and court documentation
- Assisting judicial officers, legal professionals, and members of the public
- Supporting the scheduling and coordination of court proceedings
- Providing responsive, empathetic customer service in various situations
- Proficiency with computers and ability to learn specialised systems
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organisational capabilities and time management
- Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team

- Locations: Port Lincoln, Port Pirie, Port Augusta, Whyalla, Berri, Mount Gambier, Murray Bridge.
- Full-time hours (Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week).
- Appointment is under the Courts Administration Act 1993. Terms and Conditions of employment are governed by the Public Sector Act 2009.
- Appointment is dependent upon a current National Police Certificate that the CAA finds satisfactory.
- As a justice agency, the CAA may receive details of spent convictions as part of any Criminal History Screening and use this information in the selection process.
- May be appointed as a Deputy Registrar and/or Deputy Sheriff.
- Some out-of-hours work may occasionally be required.
