Air Liquide Healthcare Australia are a leading and dedicated supplier of medical gases, homecare and sleep services. We specialise in respiratory diseases and have a strong reputation in sleep diagnostics and CPAP therapy.This role is responsible for coordinating a team of Drivers/Technicians to deliver our medical equipment, gases and other goods and services, direct to our clients and patients. The Operations Coordinator is also the first point of escalation for calls to assist patients in case of breakdown outside of standard business hours.How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?Manage incoming calls and emails related to patient enquiries and requestsCoordinate the day-to-day operations of Drivers/Technicians runsOrder and maintain stock levelsSupport the team with relevant and ongoing training of staff and contractorsDrive operational efficiencies and improve runs and service deliveryAsset compliance: ensuring scheduled and corrective maintenance on ALH assetsVehicle audits and preventative maintenanceDeliver medical gases to doctors, dentists and residential aged care facilitiesDeliver medical equipment, medical gas cylinders and other medical suppliesSet-up and maintain medical equipment while educating patients on its usageAre you a MATCH?Motivated to create positive change in our transport/logistics Drivers/Customer operationsReasonable fit: the ability to operate vehicles safely, while safely lifting and transporting equipment weighing between 4 to 25kg (a trolley will be available)Evidence of your COVID-19 and flu vaccination certificateKnowledge of Henderson and surrounding areasStrong focus on team safety and complianceEffective communicatorPrevious experience/exposure to logistics, freight, scheduling or coordinationAbout Air LiquideA world leader in gases, technologies and services for Industry and Health, Air Liquide is present in 78 countries with approximately 64,500 employees and serves more than 3.8 million customers and patients.
