Griffith Base Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse or Clinical Nurse Specialist (Grade 2) for its Community Mental Health team. This senior role involves providing case management and therapeutic support to adult clients, coordinating care, and working closely with multidisciplinary teams to promote mental health and wellbeing in the community.Requirements
- Minimum 2 years case management experience
- Experience in adult community mental health
- Current AHPRA registration
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
