Job Category: Services and Asset Management DeliveryJob Description:We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced EU Operations Manager - Internal Asset Management to join our Energy and Utilities division as part of Program Rewire - a high-profile transformation initiative aimed at streamlining operations, improving service delivery, and enhancing organisational agility.Reporting to the GM Transformation, you will oversee the full lifecycle and strategic utilisation of internal assets, including fleet, plant, and equipment, ensuring alignment with the EU strategy. This role is key to improving asset efficiency, compliance, and cost-effectiveness across our operations.You will lead a dedicated team of asset professionals and work closely with the Group Fleet and Asset Management Team, as well as other cross-functional stakeholders, to deliver measurable business outcomes in a complex services environment.What you'll do

Develop and implement asset management strategies that align with business objectives.
Manage asset registers, forecasting, procurement, maintenance, and disposal activities.
Monitor asset performance and coordinate preventative maintenance programs.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and internal policies.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing asset management team.

What we're looking for

Proven experience in asset management, operations, or project delivery in a complex environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive change and deliver measurable results.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.
Sound financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost recovery.
Tertiary qualifications in business, engineering, or a related field (trade or engineering qualifications highly regarded).
