- Build influential relationships with senior stakeholders, uncovering opportunities and driving high-impact cross-sell and upsell wins.
- Lead strategic planning, forecasting, and project execution across multiple markets and time zones.
- Inspire, mentor, and empower a high-performing global team to deliver innovation, value, and excellence every time.
- Set the bar high with clear standards for client satisfaction, delivery performance, and commercial success.
- Partner with the CCO and executive leadership to shape a future-focused global client services strategy.
- Be the voice of the client — transforming insights into bold, competitive solutions.
- Safeguard profitability and account health through strong contract management, compliance, and commercial discipline.
- Resolve escalations decisively, protecting partnerships and long-term value.
- Operate seamlessly across cultures, regulations, and markets worldwide.
- Travel internationally to connect with senior clients, strengthen relationships, and drive results on the ground.
- 5+ years’ progressive leadership experience in client services, customer success, or account management—ideally in BPO, CX, SaaS, or technology-led services.
- Ready to make your mark on a growing global business and step into a role with visibility, influence, and impact.
- Willing to own the end-to-end client lifecycle across commercial and contractual items, including onboarding, renewals, retention strategies, and growth – ensuring seamless delivery and proactive engagement across all client touchpoints.
- A relentless drive for growth, accountability and continuous improvement.
- Strong time management skills and adaptability across global time zones and operational rhythms.
- Proven ability to lead with influence, balancing strategic thinking with executional rigour.
- Proven track record of growing strategic accounts, project management and managing senior/executive relationships across multiple geographies.
- Commercially savvy, with strong skills in contract management, revenue expansion, and creating long-term value.
- An exceptional communicator and negotiator, able to connect, influence, and inspire at every level.
