- Maintaining strong client relationships through exceptional customer service and regular communication
- Providing program support to clients, including relationship management, contract management, issue/complaint management, reporting and review meetings
- Managing a portfolio of clients, tracking and monitoring program outcomes and performance with a focus on client retention
- Managing the implementation of new clients to ensure that the systems, processes and resources are in place to deliver quality services in a timely manner
- Providing injury management advice to employers, injured workers and health care professionals, as required
- Managing enquiries and resolving issues from clients, employees, and healthcare practices about any program issues
- Continuously improving service and program delivery for clients
- You have experience as an occupational rehabilitation provider, injury management advisor or insurance professional
- You have proven your success in managing a portfolio of customers, stakeholders or relationships
- You excel at engaging, building and managing client relationships
- You're passionate about customer service, managing issues and solving problems
- You have a reputation as a strong communicator
- You are self-motivated and pro-active with a can-do attitude
