They are one of the most successful menswear brands in Australia and New Zealand, and this is due to their exceptional customer service and their passion for the product.About the RoleWe are seeking a proven Store Manager to run a successful high turnover store in Harbourtown on the Gold Coast. You will be responsible for leading, coaching and motivating a team of 10-15 people including two full time staff members. The brand is very KPI focused, so they are looking for a candidate with a strong sales history and someone who has the ability to coach in sales. You will also be responsible for managing large amounts of stock and visual merchandising within the store. The brand is ideally looking for someone who is eager to be coached and developed into a multi-site role.Skills and experience
Previous retail management experience (apparel highly desirable) in a high volume capacity
Have worked in and managed a KPI-driven environment
Exemplary team management and people skills
Passionate and committed
Sales focused, ambitious and hungry for success
