As a Senior Manager Data & AI, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive opportunities, work closely with our clients as a trusted technology advisor to leverage data and AI to solve complex business challenges and provide strategic guidance. You will lead a high-performing team to ensure the successful execution of projects with a strong emphasis on quality outcomes and customer engagement.Scope of the role includes:
  • Supporting and leading Data and AI consultants, by providing technical analysis, design review, guidance on task breakdowns/specification, design guidance, facilitating knowledge sharing and mentoring
  • Collaboration with Sales and the Solutions teams to drive growth and new business in the Data and AI practice
  • Providing technical leadership for client engagements, manage client expectations across Data and AI programs of work, responding to tenders, customer proposals, customer events, have input into contractual commitments and outcomes
  • Advising clients on AI strategy and presenting potential options available to meet business solution needs
  • Identifying and assessing emerging opportunities and researching the feasibility of new initiatives.
  • Define and launch commercially viable products and services that align with market trends and meet evolving customer expectations which adheres to our frameworks and blueprints
  • Drive the implementation of advanced analytics and machine learning models to extract actionable insights from data
  • Develop, monitor and analyse team data, metrics, and KPIs to measure performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous optimisation
  • Lead the Data and AI team and work with other leads to ensure optimal resource allocation, and cost control. Monitor project profitability, resource utilisation, and project budgets to ensure financial success and maximise profitability
  • Drive continuous improvement and automation across internal processes and the services we deliver to customers, ensuring greater efficiency, consistency, and value
  • Identifying and addressing architectural risks and challenges
  • Maintaining current knowledge of Microsoft Platform and Product roadmaps, as applicable
  • Assisting with the development and continuous improvement of CBS's processes, practices and tools
