- Promote Family Group Conferencing and family-led decision-making as culturally responsive options to achieve safe outcomes for children, young people, and families.
- Provide best practice guidance and advice on FGC and FLDM processes, documentation, and quality standards.
- Lead culturally appropriate practice, offering high-quality advice to support the needs of Aboriginal children and young people.
- Guide best practice work in the unborn child concern/pre-birth phase through FGC referral or FLDM processes.
