This role will be both local and regional WA based so you must be willing to travel.Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage an Asphalt crew
Liaise with clients and sub-contractors to ensure effective communication
Cooridnate shifts to ensure deadlines are met
Train and mentor all team members
Promote a Zero Harm approach to safety
Create a positive work environment

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar role
Experience on main roads WA jobs
Experience leading your own crew
Excellent organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
