You will be responsible for estimating and pricing of facilities services and maintenance contracts, as well as assisting with tender evaluation and supplier comparisons. You will also be preparing SLA’s and supporting the bid process with solutions and pricing strategies.Skills and Attributes
- Must be experienced using Excel
- Have strong commercial knowledge and ideally experienced in Facilities Management Services.
- Be able to collaborate with the Bid team and executive team.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- 4+ years’ experience pricing and estimating
- A positive approach and valuable team player
