These models can include shared / Global services or the sourcing of services from third parties.Policy, Economy & Public ImpactOur clients lead transformation in the systems and services most important to Australia and Australians. Our Policy, Program and Evaluations team help them tackle the complex issued and problems in a time of unprecedented disruption. We deliver public impact that is positive and enduring through learning from the past, planning for and delivering better futures and making decisions in the present.Transformation DeliveryOur Transformation Delivery team helps clients transform in a meaningful and sustainable way by providing transformation and program management leadership and insights. We work closely with our colleagues across Consulting and the broader firm to deliver transformation for our clients. To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills & experience could include:Customer and Operations Advisory
  • Experience or exposure to the practical application of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, TPS, Systems Thinking, TQM or MOS
  • Expertise in translating business and customer needs into best practice process and operation design requirements, with experience in implementing the designs within core and enabling processes.
  • An understanding of the concepts of customer journeys and personas and how they play into creating innovative, market leading experiences
  • Experience in the use of design thinking as well as structured thinking to develop creative ideas for implementation
  • Excellence mindset with the ability to drive process, operational or organisational improvements
  • An understanding of CRM tools, customer analytics and/or other data management to drive insights for customer management strategies and improvement initiatives.
Finance Advisory
  • Experience in Financial transformation, shared services and outsourcing with a deep understanding of enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementation, management and budgeting
  • Expertise in finance technology implementation, data and analytics, and process improvement.
Workforce & HR Advisory
  • Experience in providing support and guidance on organisational design, workforce planning, culture, corporate affairs, stakeholder engagement, leadership capability development, HR optimisation and/or workplace relations
  • Experience in leading projects or streams in transformational environments, which include managing various stakeholders, ensuring a clear alignment of reform activities and deliverable outcomes.
  • Deep understanding of HR legislation and strategy to apply technical expertise and operational best practice to client problems
  • Actively participating in knowledge sharing opportunities, as well as internal and client facing culture building activities
  • Developing thought leadership for internal/external publication
Sourcing & Procurement Advisory
  • Experience in the Sourcing of technology services, ideally gained within a consulting environment or outsourcing environment
  • An understanding of the sourcing lifecycle combined with a good understanding of the Australian sourcing market, Tier 1 and Tier 2 service providers and trends reflecting legacy & disruptive technology changes
  • Experience in developing service delivery strategies, developing and running end-to-end sourcing selection processes (RFP's), negotiation of service agreements, providing transition support, as well as vendor management and due diligence.
Transformation Delivery
  • Experience/knowledge in technology enabled transformation programs (e.g. EAM or ERP programs), energy transition or customer digital transformations is highly beneficial
  • Knowledge in delivering programs using either Prince2/MSP and Scrum/SAFe methodologies (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in helping organisations to design and establish portfolio/program/project management functions and underlying capabilities.
