- Oversee the return-to-dispatch cycle of hire fleet assets, including inspections, scoping, preparation, and quality checks.
- Ensure on-time, first-time quality standards for customer deliveries and 60-day service calls.
- Manage asset materials using a kanban system and track process improvements.
- Support operational teams by assisting with small maintenance tasks as required to meet customer demand.
- Stock management tasks ensuring accuracy of inventory counts.
- Uphold Ausco’s health, safety, environment, and quality standards every day.
- Current Driver’s Licence and Forklift (High Risk) Licence.
- Strong literacy, numeracy, and computer literacy (MS Office) skills.
- Proven ability to plan, prioritise, and motivate small teams in a safe and efficient manner.
- Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and time management skills.
- A strong solutions-focused attitude and adaptability to meet competing deadlines.
- Some basic handy, maintenance skills and tool competency.
- Clear, professional communication and ability to build positive relationships.
- Preferred: Experience in modular building, construction, or resource industries, plus knowledge of Ausco Modular products.
