With a strong reputation for innovation, value, and customer service, they continue to set benchmarks in the residential building industry while maintaining a people-first culture that supports growth and opportunity.Their Estimating Team is expanding and this is the perfect opportunity an experienced Sales Estimator looking to take on a new challenge with a longstanding business and team.Duties

Produce fixed price quotations and contracts in accordance with agreed guidelines and margins.
Provide accurate estimates within the time lines provided.
Pricing for new and existing products, and the updating of the Variation Price List.
Prepare and maintain BOQ's for housing products.
Obtain and interpret pre-requisites for contract preparation.

Skills & Experience

5+ years as a Sales Estimator for a residential builder
Proven experience using Databuild
Strong knowledge of BCA and Australian Standards
High level of numeracy and computer usage skills
