- Produce take offs, bill of quantities for production
- Produce sale quotes on extra ordinary designs
- Source more favourable pricing from suppliers and sub-contractors
- Negotiate and maintain Pricing Agreements
- Produce and update Master Bills
- Produce and send all purchase orders
- Order and manage stock for hardware and fit-off
- Develop and implement relevant policies and procedures
- Produce and price variations
- Proven experience in a similar position
- Experience in both sales and production estimating
- Experience in a construction based software system (preferred)
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and cost drivers
- Problem solving and Information management skills
- Highly organised, proactive and resourceful
- Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field is beneficial
