- Partner with clients to define key business challenges and deliver tailored, data-driven solutions that fuel growth
- Solve complex briefs by integrating multiple data sources, including consumer panel data, to uncover actionable recommendations
- Present insights that go beyond the numbers, using compelling narratives to highlight strategic opportunities
- Build deep knowledge of each client’s business and identify opportunities to introduce new products or services
- Lead contract negotiations and drive revenue growth
- Develop and execute plans to expand business within existing accounts
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through consistent delivery and proactive relationship management
- 3-5 years’ experience in client services, insights, account management, or sales within market research, manufacturing, or retail — QSR/foodservice experience is a plus
- Proven expertise in consumer panel research, with the ability to analyse quantitative data and extract meaningful insights
- Strong storytelling skills, with the ability to translate data into compelling narratives that drive strategic decisions
- Confident presenter, capable of delivering engaging and value-driven presentations to clients
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to simplify complex ideas
- Commercially savvy, with a track record of managing accounts, driving revenue, and building long-term client relationships
- Skilled relationship builder, and comfortable engaging stakeholders at all levels
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
