- Meeting the service requirements of clients, relationship managers (RM), and management efficiently while maintaining positive relationships with all stakeholders. The CSA uses effective communication and client knowledge to engage stakeholders, serves as the primary contact in the RM's absence, ensures commitments are met, and builds confidence with clients and RMs.
- Minimising risk by upholding policies and procedures, reviewing current processes, participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and implementing changes through a consensus approach. Key responsibilities include prioritising and executing work to minimise risk, identifying and highlighting potential concerns, investigating and reporting errors, ensuring compliance, updating systems, assisting in training, and managing time effectively.
- Fostering a positive work environment by supporting team members, participating in meetings and activities, volunteering for tasks and projects, staying updated on products and services, undertaking departmental projects, engaging in self-development and training, assisting other business units, taking on product champion roles, and contributing to national projects and phone conferences.
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Ability to follow procedures and recommend changes when improvements are identified
- Strong PC skills with a high level of familiarity with MS Office products
