PPG is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team!As a Customer Service Representative, you will interact directly with customers in all aspects and provide exceptional service including processing of orders, tracking deliveries, processing of claims and returns and general enquiries with diligence and accuracy. Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries, orders, and returns.
Manage all sales/service enquiries via inbound CRM & Phone Systems within set SLAs, striving for first contact resolution with high attention to detail and accuracy
Establish initiative-taking and professional communication with internal & external stakeholders.
Review purchase orders and resolve customer account enquiries.
Delivering strong and professional verbal and written communication
Attend product, system and skill training as required for your professional and personal development.

Requirements

Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel & Word.
High level of keying accuracy and speed.
Strong mathematical and written/verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of Supply Chain functions is an advantage..
Knowledge of SAP & CRM systems is an advantage. .
Proven interpersonal and team skills.
