Job Description:We're working with a well-known organisation based in the heart of the CBD that is seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join their team. This is an ongoing temporary role with the potential to transition longer term for the right person.The RoleAs Payroll Officer, you'll be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing for a large and diverse workforce. This role will suit someone who enjoys ownership of their work, thrives in a high-volume environment, and can work confidently within established systems and processes.Key responsibilities include:

End-to-end processing of a weekly and fortnightly payroll across Australia, UK & Singapore
Managing payroll queries and providing timely, accurate support to employees
Interpreting multiple EBAs and awards
Ensuring compliance with taxation and superannuation legislation
Assisting with reporting, reconciliations, and process improvements

Your ProfileYou'll bring previous payroll experience in a large, complex organisation. A strong understanding of payroll legislation and award interpretation is essential, as well as excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail. Exposure to large payroll systems will be highly regarded.What's on Offer
