- Experienced in senior or regional management, ideally within high-end facilities, hospitality, health, or leisure.
- A proven leader with strong commercial acumen and a track record of achieving and exceeding financial goals.
- Skilled at building strong, collaborative teams and delivering outstanding customer service.
- Polished, professional, and confident with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Passionate about health, fitness, and wellness, with the ability to inspire both teams and members.
- Holds a current CPR & First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
- Business-related tertiary qualifications are desirable.
