- Completing all lease outgoing adjustments/estimates and rent reviews for the assets in accordance with lease requirements and relevant state legislation.
- Conduct and facilitate lease audits.
- Production of lease related correspondence to tenants/operators and distribution to the asset teams where required.
- Assisting the asset teams with Capex related processes.
- Raising work and purchase orders for the assets.
- Matching supplier invoices for review, approval and payment for the assets.
- Manage daily receipting and assist with debt collection for assets.
- Assisting with month-end procedures in accordance with the finance timetable.
- Driving improvements and maximising efficiency of administration related procedures.
- Working collaboratively with national teams to deliver divisional initiatives, and contributing to the implementation of the strategy.
- Adhere to internal reporting deadlines and provide accurate and high-quality outputs, and quick responses to requests.
- Assisting with any projects, or undertaking additional duties as reasonably required.
- Drive engagement with various internal stakeholders to gather functional business requirements.
- Working collaboratively within teams and across Mirvac divisions, and sharing learnings with employees and leveraging their experience.

- 2+ years' experience in relevant property related role
- Previous experience in the property industry is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated account reconciliation and administration experience are highly desirable.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach with the ability to solve problems, improve system and procedural efficiency.
- A team player attitude with the ability to work independently or as part of a team, multitask and adapt to change, and a willingness to be flexible;
- Exceptional administration, time management and organisation skills with strong attention to detail.
- A collaborative, professional and empathetic approach to dealing with all stakeholders.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and confidence in liaising with people at all levels
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in relation to asset information.
- A willingness to learn and provide an innovative approach.
- High level of IT proficiency is required.
- A strong understanding of relevant legislation and the legal obligations of the asset
