As a Sales Estimator, you'll be responsible for preparing accurate costings, variations, and tender documentation to support our sales and construction teams. You'll ensure every estimate is precise, competitive, and delivered on time, playing a vital role in bringing our clients' dream homes to life.Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and check accurate sales estimates, BOQs, and tender documentation
- Manage variations and client requests with efficiency and attention to detail
- Work closely with sales, drafting, and construction teams to ensure smooth workflow
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for up-to-date pricing
- Ensure compliance with company policies, building codes, and standards
- Previous experience in Sales or Production Estimating within residential / project home building
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and pricing
- Proficiency in Databuild or Buildxact is preferred but not essential for this role
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work to tight deadlines
- Salary up to $110K + Super (based on experience)
