What you'll be doing:Developing and implementing people & culture strategies aligned with council goalsPartnering with leaders to support organisational growth, engagement, and performanceDriving initiatives in employee engagement, diversity, inclusion, and wellbeingOverseeing HR policies, employment legislation compliance, and workplace relationsLead recruitment, onboarding, and talent development projects across multiple locations.To be successful you will have:Proven experience in HR/People & Culture, ideally within local government.Strong knowledge of employment legislation, HR policies, and workplace relations.Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work across multiple locations and adapt to diverse teams.Eligibility Requirements:
