You'll support the kitchen in delivering high-quality meals for weddings, conferences, and events - sometimes working solo and always with attention to detail and pride in your work.*Please note, visa sponsorship is not available with this positionWhat You'll Be Doing:

Preparing and presenting high-standard dishes for events and functions
Occasionally managing smaller functions or prep independently
Maintaining a clean, organised kitchen and following food safety standards
Supporting the broader kitchen team during busy periods

About You:

Experience in conference, high-end restaurant or event catering environments
Comfortable working both independently and in a team
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
Calm, efficient and quality-focused in a fast-paced setting
Flexible across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays
Positive attitude with strong time management and communication skills
