- Role modelling our service and selling standards to provide customers with an outstanding experience while leading and inspiring store team to meet or exceed commercial goals.
- Represent the adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.
- Execute and maintain established Visual Merchandising standards and adequate shop floor replenishment
- Training and coaching team to fine tune service skills, as well as foundational and seasonal brand and product knowledge.
- Coordinate team members to ensure most efficient inventory processing procedures and a seamless stock-to-floor process
- Share best practices to drive the overall store team performance
- Retail Team Leader of men's/women's apparel or sports footwear
