Exciting Opportunity for an upcoming inspiring leaderBenson Radiology have an exciting opportunity to become part of our Ultrasound Leadership team. Are you an experienced qualified Sonographer looking to step into leadership, this could be the role for you.The Ultrasound Team Leader reports to the Ultrasound Modality Manager and has direct responsibility for a group of Sonographers. Your scope of responsibility will cover for the Southern Region (Morphett Vale Christies Beach and Noarlunga)Duties Include, but not limited to:
  • Providing direction, support and recognition and promoting collaboration, cooperation and teamwork through effective leadership strategies
  • Promoting and implementing the performance management process
  • Identifying and supporting professional development
  • Supervision and support of less experienced staff members and trainees
  • Proactively assessing bookings and workflows
  • Being the designated point of contact for Ultrasound equipment in clinic
  • Continue to be informed of the latest innovative imaging techniques within the Ultrasound Modality
  • Contributing, implementing and delivering strategic business plans
  • Assisting with the technical administration functions of the Modality
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
  • Demonstrate a passion to lead and inspire others
  • High level of problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • ASAR membership and Professional Indemnity Insurance (ASA or ASUM)
