Induction, compliance, health and safety, education, mental health, palliative care, truck driving, liquor fundamentals, music production, cyber security, cultural awareness and change management are just some of the areas we’ve worked in to help our clients across a range of industries meet their business goals. We also work across not-for-profit, corporate, education and government.We need experienced learning designers who can take the initiative in analysing client needs, drive the high-level design solution, and work with our team to storyboard and deliver the results.You’ll need to: be:

be highly collaborative, agile and flexible
have strong writing and communication skills
be able to align best practice adult and digital learning principles to both agile and waterfall project delivery methods
be creative and innovative when designing learning experiences across a range of mediums
work well under pressure, enjoy an iterative and collaborative approach to design and development.
Someone who actively seeks ideas, input and feedback from a range of people, and strives for continuous improvement.

We pitch in and support each other, share ideas, and problem solve together to create great learning for our clients and their learners.What you’ll be doing:Analysing, designing and storyboarding learning for a range of modes of delivery and variety of tools. Your proven experience is required in designing in or for: Evolve, Adapt, Articulate Storyline and Rise, video (standard, 360° and interactive), animation, real serious games, AR/VR, LMSs/LXPs or other authoring tools.We have opportunities for working in our offices in NZ and Australia, with our clients in their workplace, or working remotely.If this sounds like you, please send your CV, a short covering letter and a sample of work or link to your portfolio.
