  • Coordinate and schedule service appointments for technicians and clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of service requests, updates, and resolutions.
  • Provide timely communication to clients regarding service timelines and progress.
  • Assist with invoicing and processing payments for completed services.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels for service-related materials and tools.
  • Prepare reports on service activities and performance metrics for management.
  • Handle incoming enquiries and provide administrative support to the service team.
  • Be on call one week a month to address urgent service needs.
The Successful ApplicantA successful Service Administrator should have:
  • Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably in the industrial/manufacturing industry.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Proficiency in using office software, including word processing and spreadsheets.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving.
  • The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
