Civil Labourers - Mackay Multiple positions | Immediate start | Pathway to permanent employmentAbout the Role Achieve Group is seeking Civil Labourers to join local civil contractors in Mackay. These roles are open to both experienced workers and those who are new to civil construction but eager to learn.Successful candidates will have the opportunity for ongoing or permanent employment while gaining hands-on experience across a wide range of civil works.What You'll Be Doing
  • Backfilling pipes and pits
  • Concrete placement
  • Plant spotting and general site support
  • Shovelling, pipe laying, sand and gravel bagging
  • Dewatering and site flagging/delineation
  • Operating small plant such as rollers, dump trucks, and plate compactors
What We're Looking For To be considered, you must have:
  • Construction White Card
  • Reliable transport
  • A genuine interest in civil/earth works
  • Strong work ethic, initiative, and team attitude
