- Lead End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment process including the creation of tailored interview guides.
- Proactive Sourcing: Use innovative sourcing strategies to attract high quality, passive candidates and talent pooling.
- Talent Pipeline Building: Develop strong networks to keep a steady flow of candidates.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive experience for candidates, from first contact to onboarding.
- Collaboration: Partner with Hiring Managers and stakeholders to ensure recruitment best practices are followed.
- Reporting & Insights: Track key recruitment metrics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Experience: At least four years of end-to-end recruitment across a variety of sectors.
- Skills: Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and proactive sourcing.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Attention to Detail: Highly organised with strong time management skills.
- Tech: Experience using a variety of ATS (JobAdder an advantage) and HRIS, and MS Office applications.
