Centacare has a workforce of more than 3,000, plus volunteers, and operates in more than 200 locations, supporting tens of thousands of people each year.Join our HR team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist!As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Centacare, you could be recruiting across a wide range of roles such as DFV Practitioners and Counsellors, Aged Care Assessors, Emergency Housing Officers and Head Office support roles.Are you looking for a new TA opportunity where you can offer your ideas on sourcing and best practice? Do you love coaching Hiring Managers on how to recruit the best candidates? If you thrive in a fast-paced, diverse environment and have strong TA experience we want to hear from you!Your new role:
  • Lead End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment process including the creation of tailored interview guides.
  • Proactive Sourcing: Use innovative sourcing strategies to attract high quality, passive candidates and talent pooling.
  • Talent Pipeline Building: Develop strong networks to keep a steady flow of candidates.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive experience for candidates, from first contact to onboarding.
  • Collaboration: Partner with Hiring Managers and stakeholders to ensure recruitment best practices are followed.
  • Reporting & Insights: Track key recruitment metrics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience: At least four years of end-to-end recruitment across a variety of sectors.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and proactive sourcing.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Attention to Detail: Highly organised with strong time management skills.
  • Tech: Experience using a variety of ATS (JobAdder an advantage) and HRIS, and MS Office applications.
