This building company has established their brand across the Sydney Metro for over three decades. They are building an even split of project homes and knock-down-rebuild / custom homes.The role will work within the estimating team of a couple other Estimators, in a senior-level capacity. The successful candidate will be hands-on (mainly production) estimating on all project and custom homes.As the Estimator, you will be responsible for:
Custom and project homes production estimating
BOQs
Develop and maintain unit pricing databases
Databuild
System set up for future works and set up processes
ETS management
Solving elevated issues and collaborating with the Estimating Manager and Director
To be considered for the position of Estimator you will require:
Tertiary qualifications in construction or a trade background
Experience pricing and delivering both project and custom homes
Excellent communication skills
Experience negotiating rates
Good understanding of margins
Ability to work Monday to Friday in an office and committing to a full-time role.
