About the Role:As Assistant Store Manager you will:

Support the Store Manager with daily operations of the business
Lead and motivate the team to deliver excellent customer service
Manage stock and inventory effectively
Work in a fast-paced, community-focused environment

Experience in retail, supermarket or hospitality leadership
A hands-on approach to leading and developing teams
Resilience, adaptability and a community-minded attitude
