- Adherence to both regulatory compliance and GE policies and procedures
- Effective ability to communicate both written and verbally across communication channels such as in person, e-mail, phone, live chat etc.
- As key point of contact you will be responsible for delivering a high standard of support to our global customer base. Working independently or collaboratively to develop problem solving solutions to meet the customer requirements.
- Preparation of quotes for customers
- Escalation of customer issues to appropriate areas of business to assist with meeting business targets and avoid delays to the customer.
- Preparation and monitoring of reports for communication to our global customer’s and/or management.
- Maintenance of customer records
- Other duties as required.
- Previous Customer service experience essential.
- Ability to identify areas for improvement and formulate or contribute to a solution.
- Intermediate level excel and computer skills
- Excellent attention to detail and a positive attitude is essential.
- Ability to work as part of a team or autonomously and use initiative.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Eligible to obtain and maintain an Australian Defence Security clearance if required.
- Knowledge of the Aviation industry and terminology.
- Experience working in a Global corporate environment.
- Flexibility around work hours
- Previous exposure Lean concepts.
