- Identify, contact, and secure new business opportunities across targeted industries.
- Reactivate dormant client accounts through proactive engagement and tailored solutions.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations to showcase product ranges and branding capabilities.
- Collaborate with internal design and production teams to create customised proposals.
- Negotiate pricing, prepare quotes, and close contracts to finalise sales.
- Build and manage a sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring consistent follow-up and conversion.
- Represent the business at industry events, networking functions, and promotional activities.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the corporate merchandise market and competitor offerings.
- Provide regular sales reporting, pipeline updates, and forecasts to senior management.
- 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
- Proven track record in new business acquisition and client reactivation.
- Comfortable in an outbound, face-to-face sales environment with regular travel.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to engage with decision-makers at all levels.
- Creative problem-solver with the ability to tailor solutions to client needs and budgets.
- Highly organised with excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Experience with HubSpot CRM will be well received.
- Sound commercial acumen and confident negotiation skills.
- A valid Australian driver’s licence and willingness to travel as required.
