- Project Planning and Management - Manage project scope, deliverables, risks, timeline and commercials
- Stakeholder Management - Manage and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Project Experience Enhancement - Focus on providing a Super Green project experience by implementing best practices and continuous improvement strategies.
- Process Improvement - Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Performance Monitoring - Track and report on project progress, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Strong understanding of Waterfall & Agile frameworks
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to provide a better project experience through effective leadership and process improvements.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince 2, Certified ScrumMaster, PMI-ACP) are a plus.
