Your Role Will Involve:
  • Managing and grow a portfolio of large, corporate clients with diverse risk needs
  • Creating and delivering tailored insurance and risk management programs across a broad range of industries
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior-level stakeholders
  • Leading negotiations, tenders, renewals, and placement strategy for complex risks
  • Mentoring junior team members and contributing to a high-performing culture
What We’re Looking For:
  • 10+ years’ experience in insurance broking, with a focus on mid-market to corporate clients
  • Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification (essential)
  • Strong technical understanding across commercial classes, including property, liability and financial lines
  • Proven ability to manage and grow strategic client relationships
  • A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with a high level of commercial acumen
