- Creating and delivering tailored insurance and risk management programs across a broad range of industries
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior-level stakeholders
- Leading negotiations, tenders, renewals, and placement strategy for complex risks
- Mentoring junior team members and contributing to a high-performing culture
- 10+ years’ experience in insurance broking, with a focus on mid-market to corporate clients
- Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification (essential)
- Strong technical understanding across commercial classes, including property, liability and financial lines
- Proven ability to manage and grow strategic client relationships
- A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with a high level of commercial acumen
