- Supporting merchandising, marketing, and promotional initiatives to maximise customer engagement
- Overseeing inventory and stock control, ensuring best practice across all stores
- Leading business reviews and implementing action plans to support growth
- Coaching and mentoring store leaders to deliver exceptional customer service and team performance
- Ensuring compliance with WHS, employment, and company policies
- Travelling to stores within your area, including occasional regional visits, with travel expenses reimbursed
- Experience in retail leadership, ideally within the pharmacy or healthcare sector
- Proven ability to coach, inspire, and influence diverse teams
- Strong financial and operational management skills
- Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication abilities
- A proactive, customer-first approach and high standards of professional presentation
- Flexibility and willingness to travel regularly to stores across your area
