Based in Lonsdale, we partner with veterinary practices and their clients to offer respectful and dignified pet aftercare, supporting grieving families with empathy and professionalism.We're currently seeking a Casual Area Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for animals, strong customer service skills, and a desire to make a real difference in people's lives.Key Responsibilities:

Collect deceased pets from veterinary clinics and homes with care and dignity
Return pet ashes to clients and clinics, providing empathetic support
Navigate daily runs efficiently and maintain high standards of vehicle and workspace cleanliness
Accurately fulfil system requirements and ensure smooth service delivery
Represent Edenhills with professionalism and compassion

About You:

Passionate about helping others and supporting families during difficult times
Emotionally intelligent and compassionate toward animals
Strong customer service and communication skills
Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a clean, professional environment
Physically capable of lifting up to 25kg and handling pets respectfully
Hold a full, unrestricted driver's licence
Available for casual shifts, including weekends and ad hoc weekdays
