- Purchasing & Stock Control – Source and purchase materials, maintain optimal stock levels, negotiate with suppliers, and complete occasional pick-ups.
- Order Fulfilment & Logistics – Pick, pack, and label orders, coordinate deliveries, and liaise with couriers and freight providers.
- Quality & Customer Satisfaction – Conduct quality checks, ensure order accuracy, and follow up on customer feedback.
- Warehouse Management – Keep the space safe, clean, and organised, and assist the operations team when needed.
- Experience in a warehouse / manufacturing management role
- Experience in hands on warehouse position
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a small team.
- Proven experience in growth aspect of business
- Computer skills for ordering, inventory tracking, and courier bookings.
- Physically fit and confident with manual handling.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A clear communicator with suppliers, couriers, and customers.
- Comfortable using inventory and logistics systems (Unleashed, Cin7, or similar).
- Current driver’s licence
- Forklift licence preferred
