- Gathering requirements through the entire delivery and operational life cycle, including defining and managing scoping, requirements definition, and prioritisation activities.
- Modelling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
- Identifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts.
- Identifying and validating systems, products, or services against user stories/experience goals, metrics, and targets.
- Identifying and influencing stakeholders, decisions, and actions for mutual benefit, including dealing with problems and issues, managing resolutions, and implementing stakeholder engagement/communications plans.
- Simplifying information and deciphering technical jargon so it is easily understood by nontechnical audiences.
- Supporting and driving the implementing and testing of solutions.
- Supporting business transition and helping to establish change and improvements.
- Creating and maintaining documentation regarding various projects, processes, and operations.
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent.
- 3-5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience in practices and tools (Waterfall/Agile, Jira)
- Understanding of NPP products, real-time payments process, NPP Product rules and Participant Back Office requirements desirable
- Experience in the payments technology and the financial industry
