Together, we can harness potential to create a prosperous future.The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced HXM (Human Experience Management) Business Analyst to join our team on a 12 month fixed term contract. Become an integral part of our dedicated team supporting the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors at WesCEF. Drawing from your experience in HR System implementation, you will provide support across a variety of implementation activities including Detailed Design, change impact assessment, data readiness, system testing and end users.As a key contributor, you'll be responsible for documenting business processes, modelling system solutions at a business level, and identifying opportunities for enhancement to ensure the aligns with its strategic objectives. You'll directly impact our business by translating requirements into application functionality that optimises outcomes.This role offers a unique chance to gain exposure across diverse businesses and play a pivotal role in ERP software implementation and business process modelling.To excel in this position, you'll need a solid foundation in business acumen, strong business process modelling skills, and a passion for engaging with stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesSome of your key responsibilities will include:Stakeholder ManagementYou will work with a range of internal and external stakeholders including the broader HR, Payroll and Talent Management team to implement a system that is aligned with our business processes.TestingYou will be assisting HXM team with the coordination and completion of testing. Throughout the testing process, your solid documentation of outcomes and management of issues will contribute to the overall success of the project.TrainingYour expertise developed during the testing phase will be leveraged to assist with the deployment of SuccessFactors. There is an expectation that you will be involved in end user training and provide support to enhance the skill and knowledge of our people.This is a fixed term role for 12 months.With stakeholders located at across various sites such as Murdoch and Kwinana (operational) locations you will need to be able to travel between these locations as required.Who are our businesses?Our team support a range of leaders and teams across WesCEF including those in the Shared Services functions based in Murdoch, and also a diverse group of mature and stable businesses including CSBP Ammonia Ammonium Nitrate, Australian Gold Reagents (AGR), CSBP Fertilisers and Kleenheat.About YouWe are seeking professionals with demonstrable post-graduate work experience with aspirations towards broader roles in business management.Experience from a range of backgrounds will be considered including similar roles with the Big 4, commercial organisations, management consulting and engineering. To excel in the role, you will need the right mix of skills and experience, which for this position means:
Previous experience implementing HR Systems
Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors (Preferred)
Sound business acumen with a willingness to ask questions and challenge assumptions
Well-developed verbal and written communication skills with the ability to actively participate in focus groups, workshops and client interviews
