IAM Business Analyst

- Collaborate with business, IT, and security teams on high-impact IAM projects.
- 3+ years in business analysis, including 1+ year in IAM or cybersecurity.
- Strong knowledge of IAM principles, governance, and regulatory frameworks.
- Proficiency in process mapping tools (Lucidchart, Visio, etc.) and familiarity with Agile/project tools (Jira, Asana).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Gather and document IAM requirements through workshops and stakeholder engagement.
- Analyse and improve existing IAM processes, identifying gaps and opportunities.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and use cases.
- Support project planning, execution, and risk assessment for IAM initiatives.
- Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders, providing clear insights and recommendations.
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Azure AD, Okta, or similar IAM platforms.
- Knowledge of cloud IAM solutions (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).
- Exposure to DevOps and Agile delivery environments.
