PurposeThe Communications Coordinator will support and deliver high-quality internal and external communications for Belgravia Leisure. Whether you're writing media releases, supporting national campaigns, managing opportunities to be showcased within the industry or spotlighting standout teams – your work will influence how our brand is seen and remembered.From media pitches to hosting famils at the beautiful Hepburn Bathhouse & Spa, or crafting stories that inspire communities – this role offers variety, creativity, and meaning.Key Responsibilities

Coordinate PR activations and famils at Hepburn Bathhouse & Spa
Write and pitch media stories for any of our 250+ Australian and NZ venues
Build strong journalist and stakeholder relationships
Collaborate with venues to source and share good news stories
Assist with national campaigns, content shoots and social media
Manage a calendar of industry awards and thought leadership opportunities
Support internal reporting and documentation
Travel occasionally to venues for content and media events

About YouWhat you will bring:

A passion for storytelling and the confidence to pitch ideas
Excellent writing/editing skills for media, web, and social platforms
2–3 years’ experience in communications, PR or media
A tertiary qualification in Communications, PR, Journalism or similar
Familiarity with the Australian media landscape (NZ a bonus)
Strong time management and attention to detail
Flexibility to work remotely and across various Melbourne locations
Bonus: social media, media monitoring and photography/video skills
A current driver’s licence
Proof of Australian residency
