- Providing actionable market intelligence by capturing and reporting on trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
- Maintaining and growing existing client relationships while actively pursuing new prospects to build a robust sales pipeline
- Executing structured customer and prospect visits in alignment with the company's sales code, ensuring consistent market presence and engagement
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a Sales Account Manager role or similar
- A degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
- Proven ability to manage complex deals and sell tailored solutions
- Strong consultative sales and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems; experience with Salesforce is a plus
