- Lead, supervise, and motivate a small team to achieve operational goals
- Ensure all hire fleet assets are prepared, repaired, and maintained to meet customer and company standards
- Oversee safe transport preparation and compliance with all safety requirements
- Manage asset documentation, stocktakes, and administration of asset management systems
- Identify, coordinate, and carry out repairs, retrofits, and quality checks
- Plan and allocate resources to meet business deliverables efficiently
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and teamwork
- Support customer satisfaction through accurate, timely, and cost-effective service delivery
- Current Driver’s Licence and Forklift (High Risk) Licence (essential)
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing small teams
- Experience in the lean manufacturing industry
- Proven ability to plan, prioritise, and deliver results under tight deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate staff
- Practical skills with hand tools and ability to perform maintenance tasks
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office – Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Preferred experience in modular building, construction, or resource industries
