What's the role?We're hiring two Senior Business Analysts to join our Financial Crime Surveillance (FCS) team supporting FCS with the implementation of process and technology changes for UNITE. Both roles will contribute to the delivery of key initiatives aligned to the Financial Crime Transformation Program (FCTP) and broader objectives of simplifying technologies via UNITE. You'll work closely with stakeholders across FCS, business divisions, and technology to ensure business requirements and impacts are understood, prioritised, and delivered.Whilst both roles require core Senior BA capabilities, one of the roles will have an additional focus on supporting the Senior Manager Change Delivery to help build BA capability within the FCS Unite project team.The roles will play a crucial part of the UNITE team ensuring that risks and impacts to FCS are mitigated and managed. UNITE is our business-led, tech-enabled transformation, and a key priority for the Group. UNITE is about delivering 'one best way' to make our processes, systems and tech simpler so we can deliver a better experience for our customers and make things easier for our people.This is a fulltime 12-month fixed term role based in Parramatta / Sydney with flexible hybrid working arrangements available.What do I need?We're looking for professionals who bring:

Experience in Financial Crime services, processes, and technologies (e.g. Customer Due Diligence, Sanctions, Investigations, Regulatory Reporting)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess and communicate risks, impacts, and business requirements
Proven ability to manage multiple complex deliverables and collaborate across diverse teams
Familiarity and confidence with agile delivery methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence
Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills
A collaborative mindset with a passion for driving operational excellence and continuous improvement
