- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the ASX-listed and corporate sectors.
- Build and manage a portfolio of complex commercial clients with tailored risk solutions.
- Develop strategic relationships with C-suite stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Collaborate with global teams to deliver innovative, cross-border insurance programs.
- Stay ahead of market trends and regulatory changes impacting corporate risk.
- Proven experience in a senior broking and/or a business development role within commercial insurance.
- Strong network and understanding of the ASX-listed and corporate landscape.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
