CGC Recruitment are established experts in providing short term construction and engineering resources to main tier and mid-tier contractors and have been approached by an existing client to source a Senior Project Engineer to assist in the delivery of a Mining project in regional Australia.Reporting to the Project Manager as Senior Engineer you will be responsible for resource planning, developing construction methodologies, administering contracts, managing subcontractors and managing project risk. Scopes of work include, Tailings Dam Embankment, Haul Road, Geotechnical Instrumentation Construction worksThe project is running an 8/6 FIFO roster from Brisbane Airport with flights, accommodation and meals all being provided. Works kicked off and will run until December this year and are looking to engage someone on a daily rate basis either as PAYG or Ltd Company.Selection Criteria:- 8+ years Civil Construction experience
- Must have Mid-Tier Contracting experience
- Earthworks Experience Essential
- Happy to work on a FIFO basis
