Job Description:Up to full time, permanent positionMental Health Community roleExcellent benefits including salary packagingAbout the RoleYou will be working as a clinician in APATT, the community aged mental health team and will be responsible for psychiatric assessment and treatment.You will be visiting clients at home, providing intake and triage, crisis support, assessment and case management, reviewing risk and providing support to reduce impact of illness and enhance independence to our clients and carers in a variety of community and residential settings.You will provide discipline specific support and advice to the team.
