Working in Ecolab’s Healthcare division and based in Adelaide, we are seeking a highly motivated Account Manager to join our high-growth, innovation, and market leading business unit, to work on a fixed term contract for a minimum of 6 months. We provide service, equipment and consumable solutions across a wide variety of healthcare areas including Infection Control, Endoscopy, Central Sterilising and Operating Theatres. Liaising closely with our clients, you will be the subject matter expert supporting our related products.In this position, you will be directly responsible for retaining and growing accounts.Key responsibilities will include:Manage customer base and build relationships through professional demeanour, strong interpersonal skills and product knowledgeIntroduce new product offerings to existing customersPartner with customers to implement best practice processesProvide outstanding customer service, educate customers on ways to improve their patient outcomes and be relied upon as a specialistDemonstrate the use/application of our products in customer facilitiesTravel within South Australia and occasional interstate travel, including overnight stays.By nature, you will preferably demonstrate:Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build, maintain and retain relationshipsExcellent presentation and negotiation capabilitiesA positive and enthusiastic approach to solving challenges to exceed client expectationsBe a self-starter with a positive desire to succeedAbility to work cross functionally across a diverse companyThe role offers a high degree of autonomy and will suit a professional, well organised self-starter.About Ecolab:Every day, we make the world cleaner, safer and healthier – protecting people and vital resources.
